Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation within a period of 8 or more days before the agreed departure date, the customer will receive a full refund.
According to our cancellation policy, if the customer cancel within 7 days or less before the agreed departure date, the customer will receive a 50% refund.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours or less before the agreed departure date, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions or due to unforeseen factors, the customer receives a full refund or the charter can be fixed on another date.
According to our cancellation policy, if the minimum number of participants for a semi-private cruise (5 or 6, depending on the season) is not reached, the cruise will either be canceled and the customer will receive a full refund, or the charter will be rescheduled to another date.
