About Us:
Manolis, owner and captain of our monohull boat, was born and raised in the island of Crete. He met, loved and learned to respect the sea on board his family’s kaiki.
He graduated from the Belgrade and Athens Schools of Physical Education and Sport Science. Along the way, among other activities, he has been active for many years in the catering business, running a restaurant where he cooked himself showing a special preference for Mediterranean flavors. However, he never forgot the pull of the sea.
In 25 years he has sailed all the Greek seas, has gained vast experience as a skipper and has collected many delicious recipes from almost every part of Greece. A calm and competent captain, he repairs and maintains the boat himself, always ready to face difficult conditions and any adversity. His overriding concern is the absolute safety of crew and passengers during the cruise
Manolis welcomes you on board, waiting to enjoy with you blithe moments in serene spots of the Argolic Gulf.
